What helps us give you a number
A few photos from different angles, the town, and the rough size of the area. For water, take the picture during or right after rain. For a wall, stand at one end and shoot down its length, so the lean shows. For a lot, one photo from the road and one from the back will do.
We’re based in Brentwood with no storefront, and we work every town within 30 miles of it. See the map if you’re not sure about your town.

What should I send with my estimate request?
A picture is the most useful thing, or a few from different angles. Add the town, the rough size of the area, and what you’re trying to get done. Email them to brentwooddirtworks@gmail.com or mention them in the form, and we’ll call back to talk through scope.
Do you charge for estimates?
No, estimates are free, by phone or from a picture. Call (615) 569-1679 between 7 AM and 5 PM any day of the week, or use the form on this page. Where a job needs eyes on the ground before it can be priced, we’ll say so.
Do you have an office I can visit?
No, there’s no storefront. We’re a service-area business based in Brentwood, and our work happens at your property, anywhere within 30 miles of here. That covers Nashville, Franklin, Murfreesboro and Mt. Juliet, among 39 towns we list, so the call or the form is how to reach us.
What payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards. Ask about deposits and payment timing when we go over your estimate, since those depend on the size of the job. A small drain repair and a large pad don’t run on the same schedule, so we’ll settle it before any work starts.
